Watercolour Test: Gerald in SpaceSuit

Anime North is in just under two months!
Starting to warm up for commissions. This year I'm doing Space Suits as well as last year's popular Magical Girls.

I haven't used watercolour since elementary school, but I thought it would be the best way to do a dark space background. Clearly I have to work on technique (and use a larger brush!), but it's doable.

I am not posting the failed Pumbum watercolour because he just looks sad, all blotchy and somewhat green.
Oh well. I will continue to practice!
